Landhotel Voss in Saalhausen

It was very good, service and food were TOP.

This was our third time at the Landhotel Voss. The rooms, the staff, the service, as always, excellent. However, we were a bit disappointed not to have been informed before arrival that the hotel is currently being rebuilt and that the corresponding construction noise can be heard all day.

This year my wife and I relocated our holiday destination to safe Saalhausen due to the corona. A week at the Landhotel Voss that was top notch. Reception at the front desk, room service, service in the restaurant, quality of the food, the kind attentions at the breakfast table, all in all great. The slogan, to make friends, is true and sets new standards for our friends. We are already looking forward to our next stay at the Landhotel Voss.

We liked it very much.

Unfortunately we were only there for lunch. Which we liked very much. We really liked what we saw of the hotel. It will definitely be included in our vacation plans.

The environment and the food was delicious! Especially the friendly and extremely courteous employees have the talent to read every wish in their eyes. After the evening of our meal, we were totally amazed at how great the service was.

Excellent, super delicious food, crisp salads, cozy rooms, attentive and very friendly service staff, very good hygiene concept. Everything perfect for a relaxing stay. Always happy👍👍👍

We ate excellent twice there and were served by mega-friendly staff.

My wife and I went there for lunch on 08/11/2020, not the first time. From the recommendation card (PFIFFERLINGE) we ordered schnitzel with fries and rump steak with fried potatoes. The schnitzel was ok, the fries were oily and hard. My steak (should be medium) had to be fried again because it was still raw in the middle. The fried potatoes I ordered must have come out of the deep fryer. When the waiter asked when paying whether it was tasty, I told them not to. As you could see on our plates. But no reaction on his part. I hope this was an isolated incident. But it left its mark on us first.

Was here on 08/02/2020. Been here many times. There were three of us. My wife had sea bream, I had schnitzel with chanterelles in a cream sauce, my mother had baked camenbert. Everything excellent and with a surprise dessert. Saturation given and prices reasonable. You can tell the 3 stars. Also great staff. Thanks and regards to Saalhausen.

Very good kitchen, very nice professional staff wonderful

Disappointing food with health risk: there were four of us and everyone was disappointed: Little lovingly prepared, very fatty food, which unfortunately did not meet expectations (given the high price category)! What was worse, however, was that I bit on something in the salad (from the buffet), which after spitting out revealed itself as a 3 cm long thin wire. I then informed the waitress immediately. The lady was completely unimpressed, rather amused - looked almost indifferent. When I later asked whether the carrot salad was taken out of the buffet to be on the safe side, in order to prevent similar things from happening to other guests - there is a risk that someone might even swallow a piece of wire - she said succinctly, "Of course you could think about that ".... After a while she came to our table and said with an inappropriate undertone" the man with the wire in the carrot salad can order a free drink ". I did not claim and I did not get it. "Appearance and being" gap widely here. In terms of hospitality and above all responsibility for the well-being of guests, this house clearly needs tuition!

Detailed, meticulous boss with a good team. Nice house, always well-kept and clean. Always a good tip for a vacation in Saalhausen!

Very friendly staff. Room quiet and very clean. Half board was excellent. We booked another week on site. Thanks for a relaxing week.

Fantastic Hotel, excellent staff, super food, outstanding hospitality

Super!!

Great, clean and nice hotel with friendly staff. We were the first time in this hotel (in order to family celebration) and we liked it. We were with our "early 30" the youngest there, but that did not matter to us. Beautiful spa park nearby and beautiful hiking trails. Breakfast was well arranged but delicious. We had a room right behind the reception, it was big, clean and had a big terrace.

Goods at the Landhotel Voss on the beautiful sun terrace for coffee with home-baked pies and sheet cake. Excellent in taste and the atmosphere very pleasant. The cleanliness and good service is still to mention. Will be happy to recommend it.

Family run hotel. Clean and functional rooms. Every wish is fulfilled. Only the service in the restoration area very young and to my taste not on seniors. Needs improvement
